Urban planning and design
We conduct studies that will facilitate decision-making aimed at achieving economic, social, cultural and environmental objectives for the creation of new living spaces through a multidisciplinary process that consists of shaping the physical living environment in cities and towns. ; it involves designing spaces, landscapes, buildings and groups of buildings, and establishing frameworks and processes to facilitate successful urban development.
Urban restructuring
We are carrying out a set of studies and analyzes with a view to implementing operations to catch up with or correct the uncontrolled and anarchic urban dynamic. The process involves operational studies of evictions and relocation of populations and operations of demolition of constructions, either in areas declared non aedificandi, or spaces assigned to other uses by the various plans / urban development schemes
Urban renovation
We carry out all the studies leading to the reconstruction of new buildings, even entire neighborhoods as part of urban planning operations, after destroying the existing ones.
