Residentiel

Zola-Résidence Located in Bingerville, a neighboring town of Abidjan in Ivory Coast, the residence is built on a rectangular plot of 895m² with access to two traffic lanes (north and south)
The garden Architectural manifesto, militant ecological act, experience of self-construction, style exercise, challenge of construction at a lower cost, are the reasons and motivations of this project. The garden is crossed by a vitae path thus allowing continuous contact with this miniature forest. The subdued lighting with respect for nature is provided by warm-coloured LED bollards. According to the angle of view, its architecture is the fruit of a local culture, courtyard, lean-to and vegetable garden which follow one another along the vitae course.
Back to basics This construction in reinforced concrete structure with rectilinear forms, nestled under tall trees and surrounded by various plants is designed with a view to saving energy and respecting the environment. It testifies to the attachment of a family to the protection of the natural environment and its involvement in the dynamics of sustainable development.
